General qualifications of applicants

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
• Not being or never been a bankrupt
• Not being a director or executive or a person with management power or having interest in other juristic persons with the same business nature with WEH.
• Professionally knowledgeable and experienced in corporate management such as finance and accounting, engineering law, energy industry related, etc.

Selection

• Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) will consider from the applications. 
• NRC will invite qualified applicants for an interview. If the NRC deems appropriate, multiple interviews might be required.
• NRC will nominate those who are shortlisted for the Director of WEH to the Board of Directors for further consideration.
