Postponement of the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Due to current situation of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) outbreak has widespread in Bangkok and in many areas, as such, the government has elevated measure to control Covid-19’s widespread by issuing the Regulation Issued under Section 9 of Emergency Decree on Public Administration in Emergency Situations B.E. 2548 (2005) (No. 22) specifying the Bangkok area to be a maximum control zone and prohibiting to conduct activities that involve a number of participants more than 20 persons. This Regulation shall come into effect as from 1 May 2021.

Therefore, the Executive Committee authorizing by the Board of Directors has considered such Regulation and various risk factors and then adopted the resolution to cancel the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled on 11 May 2021 at 10.00 hrs., at Grand Ballroom, Miracle Grand Convention Hotel, No. 99 Kamphaeng Phet 6 Road, Talat Bang Khen Sub-district, Lak Si District, Bangkok, Thailand and will inform the shareholders the new date of the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders after the situation back to normal. The agenda items of the meeting shall remain the same.

In this regard, for the shareholder who wishes to appoint a proxy to attend the meeting on their behalf, please use the proxy form that the company has already delivered to you without editing any content in the said proxy form.
